Job Description
We are looking for a talented Regional Revenue Manager, Hotel Division, to act as a trusted commercial partner to hotel leadership across a defined region within the Splendid Hospitality Group portfolio.
Working within a complex multi-brand, franchise-led environment (including IHG, Hilton, Marriott), the Regional Revenue Manager applies brand frameworks and standards while identifying opportunities to optimise commercial performance for the business. The role works in close partnership with the Regional General Manager and individual General Managers, as well as with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and central Revenue colleagues, to influence outcomes without direct line management responsibility.
