The Opportunity
You'll step into a senior role with real strategic responsibility:
* Lead and manage significant commercial disputes across multiple sectors
* Shareholder, partnership and director disputes; fraud, insolvency, asset recovery
* Cross-border litigation, arbitration, and ADR work
* Work closely with partners on high-value cases while building your own practice
* Mentor junior lawyers and support team development
* Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
* Build a foundation for partnership with clear progression and support
You'll work within a first-class network spanning corporate, real estate, regulatory, and construction teams, developing expertise that rivals City firms, without the politics or unsustainable grind.

We're looking for someone ready to step up:
* Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation or Disputes with proven capability, likely from at a well regarded regional or London firm.
* Strong track record managing complex, high-value commercial disputes
* Strategic mindset with excellent commercial instincts
* Excellent mentoring and relationship-building skills
* Ambitious, driven, ready to build a practice toward partnership
* Ideally based in or relocating to Kent, Sussex, Surrey, or South London
