The Content Strategy plays a huge part in this journey. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Content Strategy Manager to join us on a permanent basis, reporting into our Head of Marketing Innovation.
The Opportunity – Content Strategy Manager
* Define the overarching multi‑brand content strategy aligned to business and brand objectives.
* Set channel strategies across social, web, email, and emerging platforms.
* Establish brand content pillars and messaging frameworks for each brand.
* Identify strategic opportunities based on guest behaviour, trends, and performance insights.
* Recommend and integrate new social platforms, innovations and tools into the business to drive performance and efficiencies, paying particular attention to AI technologies.
* Manage the Social Media Scorecard and reporting tools to drive performance and demonstrate business impact. Set KPIs and performance expectations for the team.
* Ensure content supports key commercial priorities such as bookings, events, and new openings.
* Support Content Creators to define seasonal content direction and campaign narratives. Establish planning cadences, content calendars, and workflow processes.
* Oversee the Social Media Training Programme to upskill the Brand and Frontline Teams. Coach team members to elevate creative and strategic thinking.
* Identify, build and execute the content testing strategy.
What you’ll need to bring to the Content Strategy Manager role:
* Strong experience in a content strategy or content leadership role with a strong track record for delivering measurable results.
* Experience managing multi‑brand or multi‑location content strategies.
* Proven experience leading content teams.
* Strong understanding of paid media and search integration.
* Data‑led approach to content planning and optimisation.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Strong organisational and planning capability.
