Housing Management Worker
Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) - pro rata
Permanent - part time (33.5 hpw)

What you’ll do
1. You’ll support your customers in understanding their tenancy and manage their rent.
2. Help our customers with housing benefit claims, and signposting to other services.
3. Turn around empty flats quickly so new customers can move in.
4. You’ll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our building making sure we’re compliant.
5. Keeping records up to date and make sure contractors meet our standards.

You have
6. Experience in housing, property, care or criminal justice, or equivalent experience.
7. A “can do” positive attitude, you’re proactive and well organised, and able to work on your initiative.
8. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and a genuine desire to help your customers.
9. Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners
10. Passion for property and get a thrill out of knowing that your properties are the best they can be for our customers!

11. Willingness to travel and work flexibly when needed.
