At Able Personnel, we are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing training provider for a passionate Learning Coach Scaffolding Apprenticeships to join their expanding team based in Manchester, with flexibility to manage your own diary and travel to learner and employer sites when required. This is a full-time permanent position working 37 hours per week, with part time applications also considered. You will play a key role in coaching, mentoring, and assessing apprentices working towards the Level 2 Scaffolding standard, supporting them to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed. You will work closely with employers and colleagues to ensure learning is effectively applied in the workplace, while supporting learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
