Location: Basingstoke
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time - Monday to Thursday 9:00-5:30, Friday 8:00-4:30
Contract Type: Permanent
What You'll Do:
Receive and test customer returns.
Provide first-line technical support while delivering exceptional customer service.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with precision and care.
Maintain daily productivity and workflow reports.
Regularly review and update process documentation.
