Key Responsibilities
* Lead system component design and development
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders
* Manage application support
* Build and maintain relationships across business teams
* Ensure delivery excellence and application release quality
Skills and Experience
* Proficiency in C++
* Experience in UK Markets is essential
* Hands-on programming skills
Qualifications
* Knowledge of STL and Boost libraries is highly desirable
* Experience in system, network, or low latency programming is highly desirable
* Development experience on Linux using gcc, gdb, git, and debugging tools
* Understanding of software design, development, and deployment processes
* Knowledge of FX products, pricing, and real-time risk management is a plus
* Experience with scalable, high-availability distributed architectures
* Familiarity with messaging protocols like TCP, UDP, multicast, and data encoding
* Basic understanding of SQL and DDL operations
* Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with business representatives
