Description:
Join a prestigious luxury hospitality business as a Training and Development Officer, responsible for shaping training, development, and engagement initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee learning, development, and engagement for approximately 450 employees.
* Review, relaunch, and manage core training programs to support employee growth.
* Collaborate with HR and leadership to design performance initiatives.
* Deliver training via classroom, virtual, e-learning, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
* Utilize training platforms effectively, monitor progress, and analyze data for improvements.
* Enhance employee engagement through communications and creative initiatives.
* Support onboarding and internships to integrate new talent.
Requirements:
* Experience in training, development, and employee engagement, preferably in hospitality or luxury sectors.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive approach.
* Familiarity with digital training platforms and resource creation.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives flexibly and effectively.
