Previous experience supporting children or young people with Autism or other Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable, but not essential — full training will be provided Adaptable, empathetic, and keen to work as part of a team Committed to helping pupils build confidence, independence, and self-belief About Hillingdon Manor School We’re part of Outcomes First Group and Options Autism, providing specialist education for autistic pupils aged 11–19.
