We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Director to join a successful veterinary practice on the beautiful island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands
* full time permanent opportunity working 4 days a week.
* practice has two modern purpose-built surgeries and is fully equipped with up to date technologies including; latest C.T. scanner and a hydrotherapy facilities, in addition to all the usual diagnostic and therapeutic facilities, including laser treatment etc.
* role requires strong surgical and medical skills and the ability to lead mentor and manage a clinical team.
* primarily a clinical role, you will also be responsible for the day to day running of the business.
* an understanding of the financial running of a practice is desirable.
* 12 Vet team including several Certificate holders.
* practice is opening a large new facility in 2025/2026 which will be a very exciting project to be involved in
* superb Channel Island location of Guernsey, beautiful, safe environment with lower taxation, stunning scenery and beaches and excellent transport links to mainland UK
* Relocation support and temporary accommodation available.

Person Requirements
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* strong surgical and medical skills
* able to lead mentor and manage a clinical team.
* understand the financial running of a practice
