About the Role:
This supply position involves teaching either Year 1 or Year 2 (depending on the assignment), and you will be expected to:
* Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Ensure progress in reading, writing, phonics, and numeracy
* Adapt to different classroom settings and follow school policies and procedures
* Mark work and provide feedback where required (depending on assignment length)
* Collaborate with school staff to support pupil learning and development
* Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1
* Up-to-date knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and phonics schemes

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
