Job Title: Team Leader - Supported Living Service
Company Overview: Based in Mourneview Court or Lanthorn, part of The Cedar Foundation, located in West Belfast, supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, or autism spectrum disorder. The site includes bungalows and apartments on The Glen Road, Springfield Road, and Falls Road.
Position Overview: We seek a dedicated, dynamic, and proactive Team Leader to join the management team, supporting the Deputy and Registered Manager. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of learning disabilities and behaviors that challenge, with exceptional leadership skills to inspire and guide our team to deliver high-quality services. No senior experience is necessary.
Team Leaders are full-time, ranging from 30-35 hours per week, with day and night shifts available.
Requirements
1. GCSE Maths and English A*-C or equivalent
2. Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
3. Two years’ previous experience in a social care setting supporting/caring for individuals
4. Working knowledge of the needs of people with learning and physical disabilities
5. High competency in IT, including Microsoft Office
6. Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
