* Annual salary of £55,000 - £60,000 Dependant on experience (FTE)

* Full-time (35 hours), part-time and flexible working patterns available
* Liverpool city centre office base, hybrid working

The role

The purpose of this role is to act as the Business Lead for all matters relating to Fire and Building Safety, providing strategic direction alongside the Head of Compliance & Building Safety. You will oversee Fire Safety projects and initiatives, Fire Delivery operations, and lift compliance across the organisation.

You will be accountable for managing and delivering The Regenda Group’s Asset Compliance Services, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, Fire Risk Assessments, fire servicing, fire door compliance, PCFRAs, and the compliance of lift and lightning systems, as well as any other relevant compliance regimes.

You will take operational responsibility for leading, managing, and delivering an efficient and effective compliance servicing programme for all key risks, including producing a monthly performance dashboard. You will ensure your service area provides a high‑quality, value‑for‑money offer, evidenced through regular procurement activity aligned with Group requirements. You will also act as the Responsible Person for compliance data and records within your service area.

Additionally, you will oversee the collation and management of Asset Compliance data and records, ensuring accurate reconciliations that support data quality and integrity. You will provide robust financial and performance management of all contracts, contractors, and discharge programmes under your control, including the monthly and annual management of service charges. Finally, you will develop a comprehensive Housing Compliance Strategy that reflects all legal and regulatory obligations, defines key objectives, and sets out the actions required to achieve and evidence compliance—regularly reviewing associated policies and procedures to ensure they remain up to date and effective.

The right fit

* Educated to a minimum of IFE Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety or NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety. Membership of The Institute of Fire Engineers (MIFireE or AIFireE) is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) is desirable.
* Significant experience of delivering compliance services, in particular fire risk assessment and fire servicing contracts as well as any of the other key compliance area
* Significant experience of planning and organising teamwork or coordinating complex activities to meet fluctuations in demand.
* Significant senior level experience which demonstrates the ability to analyse, interpret and report on complex information to a standard appropriate to the role.
* An in-depth understanding of the importance of data integrity and the ability to interpret and present this information to provide assurance
* Advanced data and excel skills
* Good communication skills both verbal and in written report format.
* Experience of managing budgets.
* Good interpersonal skill with an ability to develop excellent working relationships.
