Interim HR Director
North Yorkshire
I am recruiting an interim HR Director for a healthcare company in North Yorkshire.
This is an established but growing business that is looking for an experienced HR Leader to support with the transformation of the HR function, implement new operations, systems and processes and get the current team to a place where they have the foundations in place to expand the team to further support the growth of the business.
This role is for 3 days p’week for 6 months, starting as soon as possible.
To be considered for this position you will have experience:
* As a HR Director or Chief People Officer
* In a similar role within a healthcare or education setting
* Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to sort out the processes as way as giving strategic direction
