On behalf of our local client, I am seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join their Service Department. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating service engineers, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while delivering exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Scheduling workloads for service engineers.
*
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records.
*
Managing site access, including risk assessments and method statements.
*
Overseeing works vehicles and arranging necessary maintenance.
*
Ordering and tracking service parts in line with scheduled jobs.
*
Coordinating training requirements and renewing skill cards.
*
Organising hire equipment for site work.
*
Conducting site investigations on reported issues.
What We’re Looking For
*
A time-served engineer with experience across all aspects of engineering.
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers and colleagues.
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
*
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
*
Full, clean driving licence.
