Working pattern: Weetabix Wednesday, where everyone comes into the office for collaboration and meetings — it's a must! While we operate a hybrid working pattern, we are committed to providing reasonable adjustments or flexibility where needed.
We are seeking a qualified Revenue Management Controller on a Fixed Term Contract basis, with customer selling expertise within the UK FMCG market, to enhance our department's capabilities.
Please note this role is a 9-12 month FTC.
The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating pricing, promotional, and terms strategies and processes that will empower Weetabix Food Company to implement mutually beneficial commercial strategies across all channels and clientele, while also assisting the sales teams in executing these strategies. Furthermore, this individual will oversee the strategy and implementation of our customer brand plans.
The Recipe (About the Role)
* Working closely with the Head of Department, Commercial Director, Brand representatives, & Finance to develop the Weetabix Commercial Strategy
* Define the overall Pricing strategy by brand for WFC and communicate it across the company, including tracking tools
* Define the overall Promotional Strategy for WFC and communicate it across the company, including tracking tools
* Develop and maintain Pricing, Promotional, and Terms strategies, processes, and tools
* Develop and grow Revenue Management capability within the team, building future capabilities and learning (such as TPM, TPO, execution models, etc.)
* Champion commercial acumen and knowledge sharing within WFC
* Lead and shape the customer brand commercial strategy and execution across WFC
* Support the development of the Customer Joint Business Planning process to ensure plans meet financial targets
* Develop the capability of direct reports and ensure delivery against objectives

* Leadership, analytical, and modelling skills
* Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders; ability to navigate the business
* Experience with datasets (e.g., EPOS, shopper data, promotional analysis data, Tableau, TPM tools)
