Join our client as they open a brand-new Approved Premises service in Dorset. We’re looking for two inspiring leaders to help shape and lead this exciting new chapter — creating a safe, supportive, and faith-led environment where lives can be rebuilt and hope restored.
You’re a practicing and professing Christian who leads with faith, compassion, and courage. You value people, empower teams, and bring hope to those rebuilding their lives.
Please note you must be able to obtain a reference from your local pastor or similar.

Responsibilities
* Lead the new service with passion and purpose, bringing vision, direction, and faith-based leadership.
* Ensure excellence in service delivery, positive outcomes for residents, and strong partnerships with probation, police, health, and housing providers.
* Support the day-to-day running of the service and help residents transition from custody to community life.
* Motivate staff, promote wellbeing, and lead by example through compassionate, Christ-centred care.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Ability to obtain a reference from a local pastor or similar.
* Adaptability, resilience, and a sense of purpose as essential attributes.
