Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity & Creative Direction
Collaborate with Head of Marketing, CEO, and Brand Manager to evolve GSN's visual identity across digital, social, commerce channels, POS, and B2B platforms
Deliver high-impact creative across omni-channel briefs from TikTok edits to email flows, Linked in posts to reactive reals.
Capture and create short-form video, vlogs, and digital-first content that feels native, not forced and drive execution based on trends and opportunities in line with brand tone of voice and personality
Maintain and evolve our brand book and creative bible for internal and external use
Ensure visual consistency and creative excellence across every asset
Use data and performance insights to tweak, test, and elevate creative output
Social & Digital Content Creation
Design thumb-stopping content for organic and paid campaigns, in collaboration with agencies
Create animations, reels, video edits, and graphics that feel fresh, fast, and platform-native
Design website visuals, landing pages, and email templates that convert and feel on-brand
Partner with Growth to test creative variations and optimise for performance across channels
Creative Collaboration & Project Flow
Build strong relationships with agencies, freelancers, ambassadors, and internal teams
Work to brief and guide external creatives under the direction of the Head of Marketing and CEO
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and commercial to ensure creative cohesion
Key Skills & Traits
Multi-disciplinary designer with a an inspiring portfolio across digital, video, commerce, and brand
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite + social-first tools (CapCut, Canva, Figma, AI tools, etc.)
Creative thinker with a commercial edge and a love for fast-paced execution
Naturally collaborative, curious, and obsessed with visual storytelling
Success Metrics
Consistent brand expression across all digital, social, packaging, and B2B assets
Uplift in engagement, reach, and conversion from creative content
Successful campaign launches with strong consumer and retailer feedback
Seamless collaboration across internal teams and external partners
