Key Responsibilities
1. Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
2. Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
3. Interacting with customers, educating them on our products, and building rapport.
4. Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, and adhering to safety procedures.
5. Managing cash and following security, safety, and stock accuracy policies.
6. Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collections and collecting customer data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred but not required.
* Passion for our brands and lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Positive, professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
