* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
You’ll Definitely:
* Have experience in coaching and building capability within a team.
* Demonstrate the ability to lead teams to achieve strong commercial and customer results.
* Have experience managing the store in the absence of the Store Manager .
* Drive customer service in a sales and service environment .
* Be self-motivated and proactive in your approach.
