Low Pressure Die Caster - Aluminium Foundry Our client are part of one of the UKs biggest engineering companies due to new orders and new investment they would like to recruit the following: Role: Low Pressure Die Caster Hours: 05.45 am - 14.45 pm Monday to Thursday Rate: £15.00 per / hour plus overtime Duration: Temp to Perm after 12 weeks Location: Wednesbury Duties: 1. Melt Metal Alloy in Furnace and Bring to Casting Temperature 2. Transfer Molten Metal to Holding Furnace Below die 3. Force Molten Metal Through Riser Tube into die by Applying Low Pressure 4. Let Metal Solidify Under Constant Pressure in Die Cavity 5. Release Pressure and Recycle Remaining Molten Metal 6.
