Title: Senior Social Worker (WES – Wellbeing and Early Support) Salary: £40,777 – £46,142 Type: Permanent Sector: Adult Social Care (Prevention Service)
Role Summary
You will join the WES team to support individuals at the earliest point of need, providing information, advice, guidance and strengths‑based support. Your focus will be on prevention, wellbeing and building on community and personal strengths to help people stay independent for longer.
Responsibilities
• Offer early information and guidance to people to meet their needs.
• Work closely with partners, community organisations, carers and the people you support to shape meaningful, personalised outcomes.
• Provide prevention and wellbeing services to promote independence.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to develop effective support plans.
Qualifications & Experience
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE) or in the process of registration. • Experience in adult social care, with a focus on prevention or wellbeing is highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build supportive relationships with service users and partners.
