We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join our welcoming team in the Acute Stroke Unit. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a real difference in the smooth running of our services. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing appointments Coordinating clinical correspondence Updating patient records Act as a key contact for patients and healthcare staff. You’ll be liaising with a wide range of people from medical consultants and laboratory staff to patients and GPs, so excellent communication skills are essential. Advert The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Acute Stroke team, ensuring efficient coordination of patient care and clinical activity. The post holder manages appointments, produces accurate clinical correspondence, maintains patient records, and acts as a key contact for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals. This role supports the smooth running of the service and helps deliver timely, effective stroke care.
