An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Personal Assistant to provide administrative and support to all aspects of the remit of the Head of Nursing.
We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic individuals who display a “Can Do” attitude, are adaptable to and can balance competing demands.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Head of Nursing and manage tasks across the remit of the role.
* Make decisions, handle sensitive information, prioritise workload, and work on own initiative in a busy environment.
* Carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Location and Facilities
Located on the banks of the River Clyde with free accessible on-site car parking for staff. The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel is part of our board and offers staff benefits and discounts within the hotel and its leisure facilities.
