About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager – Spare Parts & Reverse Supply Chain to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of our European spare parts platform.
This role is critical in shaping the post-purchase experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainability through innovative reverse supply chain solutions — from reconditioning and RMA to resale and recycling.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Europe, transforming business needs into scalable, data-driven systems that support customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
What You’ll Do
* Define and execute the end-to-end strategy for the spare parts business — from design and system build to launch and optimisation.
* Develop and implement reverse supply chain capabilities, including parts reconditioning, RMA handling, resale, and scrapping, aligned with sustainability and compliance goals.
* Partner with procurement, customer service, and operations to streamline after-sales workflows and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Leverage data and feedback from customers and partners to drive continuous improvement in lifecycle management and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with tech and operations teams to translate business needs into product features and process innovations.
What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience in reverse logistics, after-sales operations, or e-commerce product management.
* Strong understanding of spare parts and reverse supply chain processes — repair, RMA, resale, and recycling.
* Hands-on experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
* Data-driven mindset with a balance of customer focus, cost control, and operational efficiency.
* Excellent English communication skills and the ability to collaborate across regions.
* A proactive, structured thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and startup-like environment.
Why Join Us
* Opportunity to build and scale a high-impact product across multiple European markets.
* Work in a collaborative, cross-border environment with leading global brands.
* Drive sustainability and innovation in the rapidly growing reverse supply chain ecosystem.
If you’re passionate about driving operational innovation and building sustainable supply chain solutions, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and be part of shaping the future of reverse logistics in Europe.
