Insights Analyst at McArthurGlen Group. McArthurGlen Group is Europe’s leading owner, developer, and manager of designer outlets. Founded in 1993, we currently manage 23 designer outlets across 8 countries. We’re offering a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Insights Analyst to join our innovative and forward-thinking Insight team. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of both primary and secondary market research programmes, helping us uncover the trends and behaviours that shape our customers’ experiences. Reporting to the Head of Insight, you’ll collaborate closely with the wider Insight team, as well as internal marketing and centre teams across our portfolio.
What you'll be doing
* Support with planning and coordination of our research and insight programme, delivering strategic market and consumer insights to our portfolio of 23 designer outlets across Europe & Canada.
* Coordinate the day-to-day project management of our customer experience feedback programme (How Was Your Day) and Tableau reporting.
* Report on quarterly and yearly How Was Your Day trends and insights.
* Work closely with the Guest Experience Managers to ensure our customer experience programme is executed in each centre.
* Keep on top of consumer and market trends to inform marketing campaign planning, consumer behaviours and market trends.
* Analyse market and cultural trends and deliver a quarterly cadence of insights to the wider marketing teams.
* Sourcing key project inputs from local teams and sharing with partners, including sales data, brand and competitor lists from centres, or geographical definitions for survey sampling.
* Collaborate with the wider insight team to support report writing and provide clear recommendations.
* Assist with ETM reports, ad hoc requests and new research projects.
* Confidently use Excel and PowerPoint to present insight findings.
* Contribute to the delivery of new learnings and insights on market and customer behaviour to Brand Partners.
* Support planning insight meetings and booking European travel where needed.
Qualifications & Skills
* A solid background in consumer research experience, either agency or client-side.
* Hands-on experience with Customer Experience Tracking, including NPS.
* Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* BI dashboard experience in Tableau (or similar) – is a definite plus.
* A confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
* A collaborative mindset and proven ability to work effectively in a team.
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* The ability to work to deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
