Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional coach to assist with our busy Parkour classes. Although a qualification in Parkour is preferred, it is not required for the role. If you have relevant qualifications in sports, gyms, or working with children you may still be suitable for the role, and we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities
* Assist our coaches with their busy classes.
* Help set up equipment and stations for the students.
* monitor and guide students on stations.
* deliver safety chats and supervise the park on busy periods.
* (once trained / qualified) Lead Parkour classes of mixed ability.
* Help clean and maintain the gym when not coaching classes.
Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality, working with children, events or the fitness industry is a positive but not essential.
* Be able to maintain a control large groups of participants confidently.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as needed.
* A proactive approach to teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Non Essential, but Beneficial

* Valid DBS
* Parkour or sport coaching qualifications
* Safeguarding certificates
* Valid drivers license
* First aid certificates
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£18.51 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 16 per week
