About Hyatt Regency London Olympia
Hyatt Regency London Olympia is part of a major redevelopment project transforming Olympia, London's historic convention centre, rebuilt in 1873, into a comprehensive convention, entertainment, and cultural district in West London. The 14-acre site will feature a boutique multi-screen arthouse cinema, a 4,000-capacity music and performing arts venue, a 1,500-seat theatre, a rooftop sky garden, restaurants, shops, cafés, and office and co-working spaces.
The hotel will offer 204 rooms, a bar and restaurant, a lobby lounge, 3 meeting rooms, and direct connectivity to the London Olympia Convention Centre.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Achieve budgeted revenues and sales goals, and assist in maximizing profitability.
2. Perform daily sales activities including face-to-face meetings, contracting & rate negotiations, attending trade shows locally and internationally, participating in FAM trips, and conducting site inspections.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
4. Maintain knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and contacts to generate business, including room sales and food & beverage sales.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to senior management.
7. Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

You possess excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, enabling you to seize market opportunities and generate revenue. Your adaptability and proactive approach ensure alignment with business objectives. Experience in a similar role is essential.
