Responsibilities
Assist people to gain greater independence in daily life. Support the Manager with day‑to‑day service supervision and management, including shift allocation, training booking, induction of new colleagues, supervisory support, medication ordering, and ensuring support of people to manage their finances.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.
