The role
* Source, brief, and manage UGC creators across platforms
* Write scripts and creative briefs that translate Qoves' tone into content that converts
* Run structured creative tests and iterate fast based on performance data
* Maintain a consistent pipeline of assets — organic and paid
* Identify winning formats and scale them across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
About you
* 3+ years in UGC production or performance creative
* Proven experience managing creators and running high-volume pipelines
* Strong instinct for what performs on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
* You can write a brief, read a dashboard, and make a call — fast
* Based in London
