Application support specialist with SQL, integration, and customer-facing implementation experience required by a software provider. In this role you support system deployments, ensuring smooth installation, configuration, and integration of applications.
This office-based position focuses on application support during client onboarding and implementation phases.
Responsibilities:
* Install and configure clinical applications and SQL databases in Windows-based environments
* Resolve second-line application support issues via phone, email, and remote access
* Handle SQL-related integration and deployment tickets during onboarding
* Liaise with client IT teams to support implementation
* Run post-install training sessions
* Track application support tasks and tickets in Jira
Requirements:
* Technical qualification or degree
* Strong SQL and Windows OS knowledge
* Experience in second-line application support, ideally 2+ years
* Familiarity with service-desk tools, especially Jira
* Able to work independently and resolve integration issues
* Must live within 45 minutes of the office and hold a driving licence
