About the role and who we’re looking for This is a brand new role that will play a significant part in the transformation of Royal Agricultural University Students’ Union (RAUSU). The role is responsible for developing and implementing operational policies and processes for all student-facing activity and the line management of our student staff team. It’s an exciting time to join RAUSU where you can develop your ideas and career in a fun, fast-paced and supportive environment. The role will lead all aspects of our support for student-led societies, events, volunteering and fundraising, ensuring all activity is compliant with Union policy and charity law. The role will also be responsible for managing the transition of academic representation from the University to the Union and for establishing a sustainable approach to delivering independent advice. As part of a small team you will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of RAUSU life, working both operationally and strategically. No two days will be the same. We’re looking for someone who is up for getting stuck in and getting stuff done.
