A day in the life:
You will build strong relationships with colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the supervision of staff and overseeing the care provided.
Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do. It is vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents' independence, using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their care plans.

Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings, is also required.
