The right candidate will ideally have previous kitchen experience, but this is not essential. The role will involve cooking and prepping traditional Sri Lankan Street food dishes. You will work under the guidance of the Chef to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational. You'll also have the ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
