Overview
A rare vacancy for a Senior Group Risk/Employee Benefits administrator with a well regarded practice that has a national presence, based in their prestigious Glasgow office. The organisation is recognised UK-wide for providing first class service to clients across wealth and employee benefits. The role is in Glasgow within the Employee Benefits team, working alongside experienced consultants and advisers. Hybrid working is on offer. You will be part of a focused team, providing support to Employee Benefits consultants and acting as the first point of contact for a growing client base. With a strong technical background and relationship management skills, you will collaborate with seniors to improve efficiency and service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
* Provide support to Employee Benefits consultants and be the first point of contact for valued clients.
* Collaborate with seniors to improve efficiency and service delivery to clients.
* Work within a tight team of professionals to support client needs.
Qualifications and Experience
* Previous corporate experience within an IFA office, pensions consultancy, or in-house environment dealing with Employee Benefits/Group Risk products.
* Willing to develop knowledge within Employee Benefits/Group Risk field.
* Evidence of working effectively as part of a team; highly organised approach; IT skills and software knowledge; keen eye for detail.
* Experience areas may include: Group Risk Administration, IFA Sales Support, Financial Services Administration, Employee Benefits Administration, Employee Benefits Coordination, and Pensions & Benefits Administration in DC (consultancy or independent).
* Exams are not a prerequisite (e.g., GR1) but are preferred.
