We are currently recruiting for a House Steward to join our housekeeping team at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel. This role comes with forward career progression.
Overview:
* An amazing opportunity to join the team in Housekeeping at The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel as a House Steward.
* As a House Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy.
* You will also assist with ad hoc housekeeping duties as required. This may include assisting the Room Attendants with ad hoc duties in guest bedrooms
* You will greet guests warmly when you meet them, helping them as much as you can or directing them to someone else that can help.
* You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our standard of exceeding guest expectations.
About You:
* Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is required ideally within a 4- or 5-star hotel or similar environment. Training will however be provided.
* You must be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
* Be able to communicate with a basic level of English as a minimum.
* Have a flexible and positive attitude at all times.
