Connect Appointments are seeking a Sales & Accounts Assistant for work with our established client in Broxburn on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:45pm, with an early finish on Friday Working within an established team, the successful candidate will ensure the ongoing efficiency of fulfilling both internal requirements and customer requests. As a Sales & Accounts Assistant, you will also be responsible for: Following internal processes that meet ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards Liaising with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and internal teams Assisting with customer service, credit control and admin duties Providing customers with quotes The successful Sales & Accounts Assistant will have: Previous admin experience Strong IT skills Excellent communication Previous SAGE Accounts 50 experience Interested?
