Registered Nurse

An opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Registered Nurse within the Community Planned Care Business Unit to rotate between our community hospital outpatient departments, Long Eaton, Ilkeston, Heanor, Ripley & St Oswalds (Ashbourne)
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can work within a team and individually. Car driver/owner is essential for this role.
Experience of working within coloscopy services would be desireable.
Main duties of the job
This role incorporates cross site working to support Outpatient services at all our community sites when required.
Applicants must have evidence of updated personal development, excellent interpersonal skills, be flexible, have an ability to work under pressure, and a strong desire to work in an Outpatient setting.
experience of having worked within a colposcopy service would be desirable, to support our local service.
Previous outpatient experience would be desirable but not essential.
Outpatients services positively support the learning and development of their staff.
A teaching or preceptorship qualification would be beneficial. Please note that these hours don't form set shift patterns and will be worked flexibly according to the needs of the service and may include some evening and weekend work.
