We're working with a highly respected mental health care provider that supports children and young people, and they're looking to recruit compassionate and motivated RMNs to join their growing clinical team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that genuinely prioritises patient care, with one of the best staff-to-patient ratios in the sector. You'll have the time, support, and resources needed to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and make a real difference to the lives of young people experiencing mental health challenges.

The Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within a specialist inpatient setting for children and young people.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering safe and effective nursing care to young people with complex mental health needs
Acting as a named nurse and key worker for allocated patients
Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, reviews, and discharge planning
Working collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, educators, and the wider multidisciplinary team
Supporting the creation of a safe, nurturing, and recovery-focused environment
What's on Offer? Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience
Specialist CAMHS training and ongoing professional development
Clear career progression opportunities
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Enhanced sick pay
Workplace pension scheme
Bonus and incentive schemes
Supportive leadership team and excellent staffing levels
About You Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Ideally a minimum of 12 months' post-registration nursing experience
A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient-centred approach to care
Previous experience within CAMHS, inpatient mental health, acute mental health, PICU, rehabilitation, learning disabilities, or other mental health settings would be advantageous, although specialist training will be provided.

If you're looking for a rewarding RMN role where you can make a lasting impact while continuing to develop your clinical skills and career, I'd love to hear from you.
