Responsibilities
As an Assistant Conveyancing Case Handler, you will be required to support Case Handlers with various duties to include the following:-
• Managing, updating and organising case files
• Chasing contracts and enquiries on sales
• Liaising with clients, agents and stakeholders
• Making outbound calls and dealing with inbound queries
• General administrative support including exchange and completion letters
• Post completion administration including setting up completion files.
Skills required
To be considered for the Assistant Conveyancing Case Handler vacancy it is essential that you have:-
Previous conveyancing support / administrative experience
Excellent communication skills with strong relationship building skills
You will have a keenness to learn
You will be a great team player with the ability to work on your own initiative

Starting salary depending on experience from c£24,000 – £25,000, health insurance, free parking, 38 days annual leave including bank holidays and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progress.
