We’re working with a genuinely lovely Ofsted-rated Outstanding primary school looking for a full-time SEN HLTA to support pupils. This is an ASAP start, full-time role with real long-term potential. For the right HLTA, this could even turn permanent.

Your role
Supporting pupils with SEN across EYFS and KS1, both 1:1 and in small groups
Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to adapt learning and routines
Helping pupils develop confidence, communication, and independence
Being a consistent, nurturing presence during the most important early years
We’re looking for someone who
Has experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting
Is confident working across Reception, Year 1, and Year 2
Brings patience, warmth, and a steady approach to the classroom
Is proactive, reliable, and genuinely loves supporting young learners
HLTA qualification is ideal, but strong SEN experience and the right attitude are just as important.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
