Role Description
We are seeking a MOTIVATED & EXPERIENCED Solar Sales Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales and build strong relationships with domestic customers.
QUALIFIED APPOINTMENTS BOOKED FOR YOU

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for solar, customer experience and sales, the ability to follow a structured sales process, including using solar survey tools (literature, drone, iPad, etc.), and the ability to analyse market trends to identify new opportunities for the company.

*COMMISSION ONLY* (May consider employed for right candidate)
Please note, this role is commission only for your probationary period (3 months) and then the opportunity to become employed with a company car if consistently high performing and reaching KPI's.
*Own Vehicle Essential*
You must have your own vehicle and be willing to visit 3-4 pre-booked appointments/customers per day in their homes (within the PL, TR, TQ, EX, or TA postcodes - areas to be discussed at interview).

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to drive sales growth.
Present and demonstrate products effectively to clients, showcasing their benefits and features.
Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategies for reaching targets.
Utilise CRM to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Experience
Proven experience in a solar PV within the last 5 years
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Organised and calm under pressure.
Familiarity with Easy-PV or OpenSolar software is advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
