About the Role
As a SaaS Business Development Manager, you will own the full business development cycle—from identifying new opportunities to closing high-value deals. You’ll work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop strategic go-to-market initiatives and help shape expansion.
What You’ll Do
* Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B opportunities in target verticals
* Build and manage a strong pipeline through effective outreach and qualification
* Lead discovery calls, product demonstrations, and tailored solution proposals
* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, improve product-market fit, and optimize the sales journey
* Track performance, forecast accurately, and provide actionable insights to leadership
* Represent the brand at events, demos, and industry discussions
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of proven success in SaaS business development or sales
* Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle, lead generation, and pipeline management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, metrics-driven, and comfortable owning ambitious targets
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital outreach strategies
