Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver friendly, efficient service and maintain high standards of food presentation.

* Support hospitality events and respond to customer feedback.

* Assist with social media updates to showcase services and events.

* Lead, motivate, and support the team.

* Provide training, coaching, and maintain staff records.

* Promote a respectful, collaborative team culture.

* Assist with budgeting, stock control, and ordering.

* Maintain accurate administrative records.

* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

* Manage allergens and promote sustainability.

* Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe.


Qualifications


Candidate Profile:

* Experienced in front-of-house catering or hospitality operations, with strong customer service skills.

* Confident leading, motivating, and supporting a small team.

* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

* Knowledge of health, safety, food hygiene, and allergen management.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and confident in using office software.

* Friendly, approachable, and professional, able to engage with clients, colleagues, and school communities.
