Overview
Are you our next Care Team Leader? You will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents with compassion and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and you will support Care Assistants in their development.
Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day care activities to enrich residents' lives in line with individual care plans
* Support Care Assistants in their development and working as part of a collaborative team
* Work with colleagues to provide high-quality, personalised care and support leisure and social activities
* Demonstrate kindness and support to residents, families and colleagues
* Promote an inclusive environment and contribute to a positive home atmosphere
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements (e.g., DBS checks as required)
