Area Operations Manager - West Wales
Salary from £60,000 per annum, plus £7.5k car allowance
We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, and guest-obsessed Area Operations Manager to join our team at Marston's and help us become the UK's number 1 pub company.
This role oversees 18 pubs, including managed and partnership pubs with various trading formats, across Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, and Cardiganshire, mainly coastal towns. The position reports to a Regional Operations Manager within our South Division, and the successful candidate must reside within the area.

Key Responsibilities:
* Full P&L responsibility, focusing on sales growth, guest experience, and KPIs.
* Develop and support Self-Employed Pub Partners to maximize their potential and sales.
* Apply commercial acumen to maximize profits and business opportunities.
* Manage time effectively, network for recruitment, and demonstrate energy and a positive attitude.
* Deliver excellent service and standards to ensure a great guest experience.
* Collaborate with departments like Marketing, Finance, Recruitment, and HR.
* Participate in various working groups for personal and professional development.
Candidate Profile:
* Passionate about hospitality and multi-site management.
* Strong leadership skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
* Proven success in recruitment and P&L management.
* Ability to deliver high standards and exceptional customer service.
* Community-minded with a love for pubs and their role in the community.
