Alarms System Implementation Specialist | JM 1109 | £492.00 per day PAYE | 37 hours per week | Contract Length: 24 months | Location: Salisbury
Overview
We are currently seeking an Alarms System Implementation Specialist on behalf of our client to lead the development and delivery of a robust alarms management model that enhances safety, compliance, and operational performance across the organisation. This role supports the identification and mitigation of potential Major Accident Hazard (MAH) risks and embeds best practice alarm management policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Work with operational subject matter experts to develop and implement alarm policies and procedures in line with Relevant Good Practice (RGP).
* Support the design and management of alarm systems that enable effective fault identification and response.
* Lead the technical analysis and assessment of alarm system design, ongoing monitoring, and performance measurement.
* Develop, produce, and deliver alarm system training courses and awareness materials.
* Support trainee safety and engineering specialists through coaching and knowledge transfer.
* Create and refine alarm policy, procedure, and guidance to ensure long-term business adoption.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Hands-on experience with the implementation and operation of alarm systems, including Trend, Vista, Schneider Systems (EcoStruxure), and Sauter Systems.
* Proven ability to bring alarm systems into operation.
* Previous experience managing alarm systems in a large organisation.
* Ability to collaborate with on-site engineering teams on system protocols and requirements.
Desirable
* Background in programme management.
* Electrical engineering experience.

* Security Clearance: SC clearance required.
* Sole UK national.
