Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a busy facilities maintenance team based at a large commercial site in Stafford.
This is a temporary role working for a leading facilities management provider, offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.

* End Date: 11th August 2026
* Pay Rate: £14.42 per hour PAYE
Duties Will Include
* Carrying out general fabric maintenance and repair works
* Basic building maintenance duties across the site
* Completing maintenance records and documentation accurately
* Reporting faults and issues to management promptly
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
* Supporting the wider maintenance and engineering team where required
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience within fabric maintenance or building maintenance
* Good understanding of health and safety procedures
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and professional approach to work
