We’re looking for a Sales Support and Customer Service Administrator to join a leading global brand on a permanent full time basis. This is a busy, varied role where you’ll be at the heart of customer service and sales support.
What you’ll do:
* Process and manage customer orders
* Liaise with internal teams to keep deliveries on track
* Handle queries and make proactive calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
* Support busy school season orders and website updates
* Produce reports and service packs for customers
What we’re looking for:
* Great attitude – positive, proactive, and a real team player
* Confident communicator by phone and email
* Strong attention to detail
* Good Excel skills
* Customer service experience (SAP a bonus)
