Are you a skilled Welder/Plater looking for a new opportunity? Hales Group is excited to offer a permanent position with our client in Beccles. You'll be part of a dedicated team, working on a variety of projects to produce, maintain, and repair high-quality products.
What You'll Do:
* Perform MMA and Fluxcore or MIG Welding
* Work with Aluminium, Mild Steel, and Stainless Steel
* Set up and adjust welding equipment
* Create quality welds based on technical drawings
* Conduct continuous quality inspections and repairs
* Prepare products by grinding, drilling, and milling
* Ensure all equipment is in top working order
* Maintain a safe and clean workspace
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in MMA and Fluxcore or MIG Welding
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Knowledge of welding equipment and safety standards
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills
* Mechanically and technically minded
LOCATIONS: Beccles
HOURS: 7.30am-5pm Monday to Friday
PAY: GBP42,000 per annum
TERM: PERMANENT
